- Lease negotiation support
- Community integration assistance (selected packages)
3. Service Fees and Payment
- Service fees are outlined in each package offering
- Payment required prior to service commencement
- Fees are non-refundable once services begin
- Additional costs may apply for services beyond package scope
4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Attend scheduled viewings as arranged
- Notify us of any changes to requirements
- Comply with Singapore property regulations
5. Service Limitations
- We do not provide legal or financial advice
- Property availability subject to market conditions
- No guarantee of specific property acquisition
- Services provided in good faith based on available information
6. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the service period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Latitude Living's liability is limited to:
- Service fees paid by the client
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- No responsibility for third-party actions
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, fees for services rendered remain payable. Certain provisions survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Singapore.
